Back on the trail!

Just a quick little update to let everyone know that the training is going great! I am officially on the 16 Week Training Plan that the 3 Day folks provide. Last week Jennifer and I got a late start to the mileage for week 16 but we managed to fit in 11 out of 15 miles!! This week we are off to a great start as we completed the scheduled 3 mile jaunt for today.

I'll post a fun little picture of Jennifer and I just before we started out on our 6 mile adventure on Sunday soon...

Thanks to everyone for being supportive. It's really great to be back on the training path and getting all geared up for the big event...which is officially 15 weeks away!!!
